Trained at Yale University. Recognized at the Metropolitan Opera Auditions. Twenty-five years teaching serious singers. Daniel Trevor Bircher is a classically-trained baritone and active performer. His studio is limited to seven singers at a time.
The Studio
Our work is rooted in classical Italian technique: breath, registration, elimination of tension. From there, we focus on specific needs of the individual singer. Repertoire coaching, interpretation, performance and competition preparation. Students work in classical voice, musical theatre, and selected contemporary styles. Studio workshops build confidence performing in front of others.
